OUR TEAM
Patricia Cosulich (@patricia.cosulich) is a Southern California-based Lyme advocate with a background in the arts, social impact, and holistic health. Her Lyme journey started in high school, though she was not diagnosed until college. Her story is a classic one– it took at least five years and over twelve doctors to obtain a diagnosis.
As her health improved, Patricia knew she needed to take action for the Lyme community. This led her to the Master of Arts in Social Innovation program at the University of San Diego, where she became public about her personal battle recovering from Lyme disease and wrote a piece of documentary theatre as an advocacy and fundraising tool. You can learn more about her play (@greatimitatorplay) and her work at (www.patriciacosulich.com).
Patricia is humbled to serve on the Ride Out Lyme team and looks forward to developing the Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and contributing to the In It Together podcast. She also co-facilitates an Empowerment Circle with the San Diego Lyme Alliance. Grateful for the gift of improved health and those who helped her acquire it, she relishes the opportunity to use her experience to advocate for those impacted by chronic and invisible illnesses.
