Meredith is a D.C. area native and the founder of Nantucket Lyme Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising awareness on the dangers of tick-borne illness on Nantucket. Drawing from her own negative experiences with misdiagnosed Lyme disease and numerous co-infections for over 5 years, Meredith is currently working to bring better support, treatment, and diagnostic options to the Nantucket community.

She is also a 200-hr certified yin and vinyasa yoga instructor with a passion for travel, golf and meditation that all serve as a way to help her heal from the daily struggles of chronic illness.
