JENI QUANTE

Diversity & Inclusion Initiative
and Community Outreach

After battling Lyme Disease for 13 years, Jeni was forced to leave her job as a Blood Cancer Nurse. Although she is still undergoing rigorous treatment for Lyme and  mycotoxin poisoning, she is passionate about raising awareness for chronic illnesses.

She loves animals, and has spent the majority of her life involved with many rescue organizations for dogs and cats. She’s looking forward to fostering again someday. She also loves being outdoors. When her body allowed her to exercise throughout the years, she often turned to hiking. She hopes to start hiking again some day soon.

Jeni values her family greatly and enjoys spending my time with loved ones. Her brother and sister-in-law just brought the first grandchild into their world back in April.

Jeni was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and has a BS in Health from Texas A&M University and BSN from UT Health San Antonio.
